TRANScend Ambassadors

The philosophical existence of the Ambassadors is to be just that – a visible Ambassador to the outside communities within which we perform. The TRANScend Ambassadors ensemble is a small, semi-professional performing ensemble run by the Transcend Choral & Community Music Foundation. Members sing with the Community Chorale and are auditioned every year in the fall.

We perform at events throughout the tri-state area and we have covered a lot of ground! Since our inception, we’ve been putting classical choral music in places you’d never expect. Some highlights include:

• Sung the national anthem for a major league soccer game (go Red Bulls!)

• Sang in the rain at the Longhouse Reserve!

• Performed at the Cardea Therapy Center.

• Sung a Pride mass at St. John’s in the Village.

• Performed at the Spring Hill Arts Gathering Music Festival.

• Sang multiple events at The Silo, on the grounds of the Skitch Henderson museum.

• Performed at the Cristina Grajales Gallery in Manhattan.

• Sang a really fun event at ERIS Evolution in Brooklyn.
