TRANScend is committed to the prompt reporting, investigation and resolution of complaints regarding alleged conflict, discrimination, harassment or retaliation in the choir community. This page provides information to aid in the reporting and awareness of these concerns. You do not need to first discuss an incident with anyone from TRANScend leadership before accessing the options for reporting.
This form is designed to provide an online method to report specific information related to an alleged incident or incidents of discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation. Please complete this form to the best of your ability; however, the form does not need to be completed in its entirety for the complaint to be submitted.
If you wish to simply report an incident and do not want a follow-up, you may submit the form anonymously.
Based on your preferences, someone from the appropriate area of leadership will reach out to you directly and follow up with you concerning the appropriate course of action.
