TRANScend Ambassadors

The philosophical existence of the Ambassadors is to be just that – a visible Ambassador to the outside communities within which we perform. The TRANScend Ambassadors ensemble is a small, semi-professional performing ensemble run by the Transcend Choral & Community Music Foundation. Members sing with the Community Chorale and are auditioned every year in the fall.

We perform at events throughout the tri-state area and we have covered a lot of ground! Since our inception, we’ve been putting classical choral music in places you’d never expect. Some highlights include:

Sung the national anthem for a major league soccer game (go Red Bulls!)
Sang in the rain at the Longhouse Reserve!
Performed at the Cardea Therapy Center.
Sung a Pride mass at St. John’s in the Village.
Performed at the Spring Hill Arts Gathering Music Festival.
Sang multiple events at The Silo, on the grounds of the Skitch Henderson museum.
Performed at the Cristina Grajales Gallery in Manhattan.
Sang a really fun event at ERIS Evolution in Brooklyn.
